- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Sad to say the rated is based on my most recent visit. I had to see a different dentist than my usual one and was told I needed a root canal. They Xrayd the mouth started the work and got half way through the procedure and then informed me they couldnt complete it due to the root not being straight (which would have showed up on the Xray) and I would need to go private. To be referred to another mydentist practice in Wrexham at a cost of several hundred pound. Never went as the tooth ache has calmed down with the temporary filling that was put in.....so possibly a filling was all I needed. Lost all trust with the practice. To then also find out my Sister seen the exact same dentist I last visited and she was also given 2 failed root canal treatments. Money making scheme in my opinion. I will not name and shame the dentist but I will never return to the practice whilst they are still there just in case I have to see her again. :-(By markbennett, June 12, 2017
